I arranged a deal with a local band to use 2 of their songs fresh off their EP album for the theme song and credits song for F[squared]. Check out the band Larrabe's MySpace to hear the theme, "Cutting Kite Strings", and the credits song, "Almost There" today!

Quick update, I'm gonna negotiate with a local band about doing the music for F[squared]. I'll update again when and if we set up a deal.

Not F[squared] related, and it's only gonna be about 10 seconds long. I'm gonna try to get it dont by tomorrow since it's so short.

Well, F [squared] is moving along slowly but surely. I was hoping to get it done by July, but it looks like late August-early September for a release date, but I'm not making any promises. Mainly because:

1. The guy doing the voice for one of the characters is sick, and I don't know how long until he'll be better.
2. My tablet is become a piece of crap and I'm gonna hope that I can get enough ad revenue with Episode 1 to help me get a medium Intuos4 to use until I get a Tablet PC.

So yeah. Not really much to say besides that. No picture for today's post because I'm tired and gotta get working on Episode 1 more to make up for time I've lost playing Team Fortress 2.

Now I'm working on "F [squared]". See what I did there? I made you think I quit working on it, but I actually just changed the name. Anyways, here's the new logo.

Thanks to the addition of the oh-so-wonderful Art Portal, you can expect more submissions from me. I've already uploaded 2 pictures, so check them out whenever you get the chance.

Also, I'm starting to draw the backgrounds for Episode 1, so it should be out late July to early August. I'm gonna begin work on the voice recording and music composition soon, as well, since I'm done with school for the Summer.

There's no picture for this post, because I uploaded 2 pictures in the Art Portal already.

I got scenes 3-6a done, so now I just have to do 6b, 7, and the intro sequence. A July release is looking really plausible now!

Also, I'm planning on making Whip It Youtube exclusive in a short series of videos where I showcase my old crappy videos. I'm gonna do a bit of modifications to it, like fixing the gradients, but that's all. It's definitely coming down before Episode 1's out.

I just scanned in the storyboards for F² Episode 1 Scenes 1 and 2. I'm gonna crop 'em down, save 'em as individual jpegs, and put 'em into Flash. I'm gonna upload scene 1 to my SheezyArt account, then put the link in here. I'll use part of scene to for an Episode 1 trailer soon. I'll upload it here and on Youtube. Later today I'm gonna get working on "F² Short #2: Gym".
